Exchanges and Returns

EXCHANGES:

To start the exchange process, you must send an email to info@previouslr.com with the subject EXCHANGE AND ORDER NUMBER.

The email must contain the following information:

Reason for exchange;

Which size or model you would like to exchange.

The customer has up to 15 (fifteen) calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the product, to request the exchange via email.

IMPORTANT: The product must not show signs of use, odor or washing. Otherwise, previouslr reserves the right to return the product to the customer in the same conditions as received.

The customer has the right to exchange for different sizes, or another product that has the same price. If there is a difference in value with a lower price, the customer will have a credit on our website for a future purchase. We do not refund the difference in the exchange amount.

The shipping fee for the product exchange is the responsibility of the Customer.

RETURNS:

Returns are at our expense!

To start the return process, you must send an email to info@previouslr.com with the subject RETURN AND ORDER NUMBER.

The customer has up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the product, to request the return via email.

IMPORTANT: The product must not show signs of use, odor or washing. Otherwise, previouslr reserves the right to return the product to the customer in the same conditions it was received. When we receive your return, our Quality Control Department will analyze the products, which can be completed in up to 10 business days. Once we have verified that the conditions for the return have been met, we will provide a full refund of the products, following the guidelines below:

Payments made by Boleto, Pix or Card will be refunded through the payment platform responsible for our website. The balance will be available for withdrawal through this platform in the buyer’s account.

  • Payment by credit card:
    The amount is credited in full in up to two statements on your credit card. The display depends on the closing date of the statement, as well as the internal procedures of each card operator. The refund is carried out by the credit administrator within 30 to 60 days.

We will contact you to request the customer’s bank details for the refund of the postal fee.
