Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale of previouslr and, on the other hand, the qualified customer at the time of purchase of products on previouslr.

Considering that previouslr sells products and services over the internet; Considering the customer’s interest in purchasing products offered by previouslr through its sales channels; The purpose of this contract is to establish the general conditions of use and purchase of products and services by the customer of the previouslr website.

I. Confidentiality: previouslr Store is responsible for preserving the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the customer during the purchase process. The website’s security is audited daily and guaranteed against hacking, through the “Blind Site” seal.

II. Customer Service (SAC): The customer has access to this service to clarify any doubts, resolve any requests or complaints regarding their order or any content made available on the website. The SAC can be contacted through a form on the website.

III. Delivery policy: the deadline for delivery of the Products is informed during the purchase process, counted in business days. Product deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 10 pm. Exceptionally, some Product deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

III.I – It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the dimensions of the product are adequate, and they must ensure that they are in accordance with the spatial limits of the elevators, doors and corridors at the delivery location. The product will not be assembled or disassembled, transported via stairs and/or doors and windows, or hoisted.

III.II – Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the location informed, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between one delivery and the next. It is essential that there is a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years of age, and carrying an identification document at the requested address to receive the merchandise and sign the delivery protocol. If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to the sender in the country of origin.

III.III – After the order is finalized, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address, request an advance or priority delivery.

III.IV – The delivery time informed during the Product purchase process takes into account the stock, region, and preparation time of the product. With each update to the order delivery status, the previouslr system automatically sends alert emails to the customer.

III.V – The delivery freight value is calculated based on the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the Product.

III.VI – previouslr does not authorize the carrier to: enter the home; deliver by alternative means (e.g.: lifting the product through a window); perform product installation or maintenance; open the product packaging; deliver to an address other than the one stated in the order; deliver to a minor or someone without identification.

III.VII – previouslr is not responsible for the retention of goods when this is exclusively due to the customer’s pending issues, and therefore, it is necessary for the customer to appear at the tax office for the goods to be released, considering that in these cases information regarding releases and payments are only passed on to the interested parties.
