REFUND POLICY
You have the possibility to return items bought on previouslr.com within 14 calendar days following delivery. No refund request will be accepted passed this delay.
Due to the limited production and edition of our products, we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you have the possibility to apply for a return and place a new order on our website.
Return procedure
If you wish to return any item of your order, you have the right to withdraw from the sale within 14 calendar days after delivery.
To use this right, the products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them, in their original packaging (with all labels etc.).
You will be responsible for the choice of transporter and for the cost of shipping the items back to our warehouse located in France (we recommend using a tracking system).
We will then reimburse you the cost of the products that you have paid within 14 working days after we receive your parcel.
HERE’S HOW TO PROCEED
1. Logon to “My account”
2. Go to “My Orders”. Select your order and click the option “Return Form”
3. Print the “Return Form” and Select the articles that you would like to return, indicating the reason for the return with the “Reason code”.
4. Send us your order number at the online@previouslr.com
If you have ordered as a guest, you will find a link to the return form on the order confirmation under the shipping address.
To be eligible for a return, the product must not have been used, washed, soiled, damaged or modified. The product must remain in its original packaging with all the labels and all the elements of the original product.
Previouslr reserves the right not to accept returns sent in different shipments.
If a returned product fails to comply with our return policy, you will be informed and be given the opportunity to arrange for the goods to be shipped back to you, bearing all shipping costs involved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your return is eligible or not for a refund.
If your return complies with our return policy and has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund from us within 14 working days after the date it has been delivered at our warehouse, first check your bank account again.
Depending on your credit card company, there is often processing time before your refund appears on your statement.
If your refund still doesn’t appear on your statement after a few weeks, please contact your bank.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Faulty items
For returns of defective goods that exclude the customer’s responsibility, returns are assessed on a case by case basis.
To comply with our after-sale procedure, the customer must send photos of non-compliant or damaged items clearly showing the issue to our customer service (=> contact us).
Depending on the product and the cost of return, the customer may be offered to keep the merchandise free of charge.
Only after receiving authorization from customer service that a product is eligible for a return, the customer will arrange for shipment using the prepaid label provided by Previouslr customer service, and enclose the delivery note received with the product in the parcel.
Shipment errors or damage
The customer is responsible for inspecting the package of merchandise received at the time of delivery by the carrier and to notify in the presence of the carrier’s representative on the delivery note any anomaly. In this case, the customer must also inform Previouslr customer service as soon as possible (=> contact us).
In the event that the anomalies are not mentioned on the delivery note, no claim will be accepted afterwards.
In case of shipment errors or damage to the goods during transportation, the customer will be requested to provide photos clearly showing the issue. If accepted, Previouslr will refund the entire order, including all shipping costs for delivery and return of the goods (via a prepaid label).

For all returns, except cases of faulty items, delivery errors or transportation damage, the customer will be responsible for arranging transportation (including choice of carrier), for paying all shipping costs involved in returning the items and for keeping proof of shipment.
