The estimated average delivery time for products is 2 to 4 business weeks, and there may be variations in the delivery time due to strikes by previouslr, as well as other factors beyond our control.

Delivery is always made by previouslr, however, in some cases, such as the recipient being absent, regions with delivery restrictions, among other reasons, previouslr may leave a notice to pick up the products at the agency closest to the address provided.
Based on our experience, 85% of products are delivered within 25 days after posting.
If the order is for 2 or more products, they may be sent in separate shipments and a tracking code will be issued for each product.

If delivery attempts by previouslr are unsuccessful, and the item is left at the agency for collection but is not, it will be returned to the sender abroad. After confirmation of resending, the delivery period will start to count from the date of this confirmation, which will be recorded in the order registration.
Since this is an import service, all and any merchandise is subject to bureaucracy or customs taxes.
The company previouslr is responsible for any costs (fees, charges and taxes) added by the government. Customers who are taxed have 48 hours to contact the company, sending the document filled out in previouslr that corresponds to the tax.
In case of resending, a new delivery period will start to apply.When making a purchase, the customer will be in agreement with the conditions and rules determined by previouslr.
